East Aurora Yoga
All classes are on-going, you may drop in or purchase a pass directly before or after any class. A pass allows you to come to any class.
Intro to Yoga class is currently full. New Introduction to Yoga classes will begin again on September 17th on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:15PM, and run for 8 weeks until November 5th .
A second Introduction to Yoga course will run on Saturday afternoons from 1-2:15 pm starting Saturday, October 4th and running for 8 weeks until Saturday November 22nd. Mark your calendars and call and e-mail to register any time.

Community Education Beginners Yoga starts July 22 on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm and runs for 8 weeks ending on 9/23, with no class on 8/19 and 8/26 .
Gentle Yoga begins July 24, on Thursday mornings from 10-11am and also runs for 8 weeks ending on 9/25 with no class on 8/21 and 8/28.
Community Education classes are offered at Sneakers Gym and Fitness on Gleed Avenue. You must pre register through the East Aurora School’s community education department.
