East Aurora Yoga

Sue Lasch has been practicing yoga since 2000. She received her yoga teaching certification from the Sivananda Yoga organization in June of 2006 after living and studying at their center in Woodbourne, NY. A registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, she has been working the past two years, teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, as well as children’s yoga and yoga in chairs. Sue is also a certified English teacher, and continues to teach at the University of Buffalo at the English Language Institute when she can.  She lives in the village of East Aurora with her sons and husband.
